Admission Procedure
Nursery
The age of the child, apart from availability of seats, is the sole criteria for admission to nursery. The following is the age requirement for nursery as on 1st June

The intake per section in the nursery classes is limited to 25.
Std I
Students who complete 6 years as on 1st June are eligible for admission to class I. They should have completed the Senior Nursery Course at BMS or an equivalent programme from a nursery school.
The intake per section in std I is limited to 30.
There will be no entrance test or interview for admission to nursery and std I. However, the child will have to be present with the parents at the time of admission
Std II onwards
Students seeking admission to higher classes will have to take up an entrance test. The test will take approximately 45 minutes.
Availability of seats in these classes depends on the vacancy position.
Documents Required for Admission
1. For Nursery and Std I: Attested copy of the birth certificate.
2. For other classes: Transfer certificate from the previous school. This is to be submitted after confirmation of admission only. Provisional admission will be made on the basis of the photocopy of the progress report of the current year.
Admission Process
1. Registration: This involves collecting the admission form, prospectus and registration card by paying the registration fees of Rs. 250/-. This may be collected either from the school office or from any authorized nursery school.
2. Admission: This involves filling up the form, attaching the necessary enclosures and meeting the Principal along with the child. It is desirable that both parents are present during admission.
3. Payment of Fees: After obtaining signature of the principal, you will be required to pay the fees at the school office. On payment of fees, you will be given the fee receipt, school card and school diary. Kindly preserve these carefully
4. Procuring books and Uniforms: After admission, the school will be in constant touch with you. You will be required to come to school during April/ May and collect the books and uniforms
The Transport Service
The school offers pick up and drop service by both its own vehicles and chartered BMTC buses. All vehicles will have a staff of the school travelling in it with a cellular phone. The vehicles ply on the following scheduled routes
1. Hennur Road Bagalur Road covering Hennur cross, Kothanur, BDS Nagar, BDS Gardens, Narayanapura, Gubbi , Kuvempu Layout etc.

5. Cantonment Station/ RT Nagar/ Hebbal

More details on the routes will be available in the school office.
The transport charges will depend on the distance. It will be in the range or 6000 to 8000 per annum. The transport fee may be paid in four installments

Note
- In addition a one time admission fee of Rs.10000/- is payable on admission. This need not be paid for the subsequent years
- Fees may be paid annually, half yearly or quarterly. If paid annually, a 10% reduction and if paid half yearly a 5% reduction in tuition fee is permissible
- Co-curricular activities include the swimming, tennis, guitar, keyboard, contemporary dance and yoga, besides regular sports and games
- Books, uniform and accessories are not included in the fees
